scope: 
After completion of the library master plan, the first phase was completed in January of 2016 with a complete renovations of youth services on the second floor, including their staff areas. As well as the first floor teen space, new study rooms, and carpet throughout.
The next phase shall include a new cafe, meeting rooms, and circulation / staff areas on the first floor.
